Switched form "Import only new drives" to "Any dive which are not imported"

Failed to open device
Hi Team Suddenly I will get an error when I try to download my dives from a Suunto Novo Device It will start....and then: cannot open device. 2nd try: no device found. In my Dive Computer is always: Data Transfer And I have checked my log....the dives are there MacOs is Catalina 10.15.7 MacDive 2.12...

Hi I have (im sure) a very stupid question. I have bought a Suunto Zoop Novo dive computer (and also the USB cable for this device) both are new (and unused) And I have a MacBook Pro :-) In MacDive, when I connect the dive computer to the Mac, can I see somewhere that it is connected?
