I'm really looking forward to seeing what this produces.
For CCR dives I use a VR3 which I can't download; the idea of sending Nick data from a CCR computer is a fantastic one to help get things started. Wish I'd thought of it

Re: .sdl Files
Nick, I've now found some CSV files that may correspond to the files I sent you. Can I do anything with these? I've seen the sticky about this but the instructions are light years beyond my limited IT capabilities....is there an easy way for me to view these files and then import them in to MacDive?...

Re: .sdl Files
Hi Nick, Well thanks for trying anyway. I spent most of Saturday playing with it and got nowhere either. I guess life is too short to spend any more time on it. I've resigned myself to manually inputting around 500 historic dives. I've been putting it off but I would like to complete the task. Regar...

Re: .sdl Files
I've sent the files zipped up, they were too large to send normally.

Re: .sdm Files
I don't have access to a PC and as far as I can work out the old Suunto Dive Log isn't available for a Mac.
The files don't look right in their image either, just a grey box with a bit of green accross the top, not sure what that is..any ideas??

Re: .sdm Files
....well, they've all come back on a disc, all the folders I was expecting are there and they are .sdl files. Unfortunately, my MacBook, although it sees them says they are Unix Executable Files and I can't seem to do anything with them. Is there anything I can do? Is it possible the information I w...

.sdl Files
With any luck I should have some recovered data from an old computer that includes a load of .sdl files from previously logged, and so I thought lost dives. I've had a quick look at file formats to import in to macdive and see the later .sde format supported. Will I be able to get the .sdm files in ...

Re: Batch addition of manual entry?
Hmmmmm, not sure if my I T skills are up to generating data in UDCF format, duplicate dive may be the short cut I'm looking for.
Thanks,
Martin

Re: Using C-card images in lieu of actual cards
I was buying some gas in a shop a couple of months ago and when it came time to pay the blending operative asked to see a card. I had no card but had C cards available loaded in to MacDive and iOS synced with dive log on my iPhone which I showed him. Said operative stated he could only accept cards ...
