Improvements to ascent rate measurement / visualizations
Hi! MacDive shows the ascent rate in units per second (meters per second for metric, feet per second for imperial). However the ascent rate is typically talked about in units per minute, and the values shown by MacDive get rather small and rather imprecise. For example, an ascent rate of 5 m/min is ...

Re: Support vor Cosmiq+
This computer is supported by subsurface mobile now, so perhaps it could get support in MacDive as well? I think the support comes via libdivecomputer

After doing a dive and importing it with the phone app, the issue is now back on my computers with the latest version.

Re: Suddenly crashes on both computers
OK, I manually dropped the ZDIVELOG table, MacDive starts. Did the sync reset, hopefully sane data pushed into the cloud. Hoping for the best.

Re: Suddenly crashes on both computers
The issue came back now after syncing on the other computer. Resetting data in the cloud seems like a dangerous idea when the data I have locally causes MacDive to not be able to start.

Re: Suddenly crashes on both computers
So, I had previously had some trouble with smart divelogs not showing up as expected, and I noticed now that after removing the database and syncing from cloud there were no smart dive logs in the UI. Looking through the database, there were smart divelogs in the ZDIVELOGS table. I removed those and...

Suddenly crashes on both computers
As of today when I start MacDive it crashes, on both my stationary and laptop Macs. I reset it on one of them by removing ~/Library/Application Support/MacDive and resyncing from Cloud, and that worked for that session -- after quitting it, it crashes again on startup. Any suggestions? Backtrace as ...

Five stars don’t fit in dive list
If you choose star ratings as the detail item, five star dives become three star dives with an ellipsis.

Re: How to import again…
Amazing. I’d tried tapping the Bluetooth symbol and swiping in all directions, but the tick didn’t strike me as anything other than a “import complete” decoration.

How to import again…
Once an import is done, the import thing becomes a “view the imported dives” thing; 4D6BB619-62B1-4638-A8EA-C690B1368C5E.jpeg So next day when I want to import more dives I’m not sure how to accomplish that. I’ve tried all the taps and swipes I can think of but I can’t seem to get it to a state wher...
