Resolved.
Fix: Re-installed the serial port.
It was working last year and I haven't updated the OS since so I thought the serial port would be fine but apparently something clobbered it at some point. Re-installation resolved the issue. Thanks for the support.

Download of dives from Mares Nemo Wide 2 fails. Can't open serial port.
I get this message when I try to download my dives from my Mares Nemo Wide 2. The Soundcore Life Q30 is my Bluetooth headphones which I am not using and aren't even turned on right now, so I'm not sure why MacDive cares about them. I am using the current version of MacDive (2.16.3). My Mac laptop is...

Re: Dive numbering with new computer
That fixed my issue. Dives are importing with the numbering I expect now. Thanks for the help.

Re: Does MacDive still show when no-deco limits are exceeded
Thanks for checking. Not a big deal. I found a workaround. I just added a bookmark to the dive profile at the approximate place where I went into deco. Works for me.

Re: Dive numbering with new computer
Ah, OK, I didn't realize that the dive computers had an owner attribute. It was set to "None" on my Nemo Wide 2, so I set it to the same Diver owner as my Puck. It was probably originally set to "New Diver", but I had deleted that diver when I noticed it a couple days ago. I was ...

Re: Does MacDive still show when no-deco limits are exceeded
OK, that explains it. I went back to the deco dive downloaded from my Nemo Wide 2 and saw the check box wasn't checked so I checked it, but I see no corresponding visual cue on the dive profile. I was surprised by this because I looked back at a profile of a dive I did wearing the Puck where I went ...

Dive numbering with new computer
I finally upgraded my dive computer from a Mares puck to a Mares Nemo Wide 2. That has been great and I am able to download the dives from my new Nemo Wide OK. However, the numbering is off in MacDive. The last dive with my Puck was number 330. I want my new dives downloaded from the Nemo Wide to st...

Does MacDive still show when no-deco limits are exceeded?
It's been about a year since I used MacDive and I see it has gotten a GUI update. Looks good! Just one question. I have been known, on rare occasion and despite my best efforts, to exceed no-deco limits and go into deco mode while recreational diving. I know, I know, not smart, but when it happens, ...
