Re: SAC rate calculation problem (?)

Hello this is not a bug nor related to the fact it's an unreleased version. It only show something new because of the new workflow enabled by the DCBuddy, it's only a upcoming way of using DiveLog and MacDive together. To be complete, and to take Greg's word'd on this topic (I also asked him the que...

Re: SAC rate calculation problem (?)

Hi Thanks taking this into account In fact previously, there were rather no dives created from divelog I guess. A lot of people were doing like me : import dives from macdive then sync with divelog... This way, the lack of average depth was never met. Now that devices such as DCbuddy (I'm using it a...

Re: SAC rate calculation problem (?)

Hi

Divelog calculates it on the fly and does not sync this data

Macdive may calculate this information for a created dive on divelog synced with macdive from my point of view considering it is not synced, no ?

Re: SAC rate calculation problem (?)

The average is displayed on DiveLog side.

I may see with Greg about this.

Re: SAC rate calculation problem (?)

Hi

Thanks for the analysis

Isn't the average depth estimated by macdive using the dive profile ?

The data seems correctly calculated on divelog side so that's curious that it is not sent during sync to macdive... No ?

SAC rate calculation problem (?)

Hi I'm getting some strange results on my two last dives. Compared to previous ones, the difference comes from the fact that I created them under DiveLog & synced them with MacDive. The problem is that the SAC rate displayed in Gases tab is OK, but the overall SAC rate displayed is more than dou...

Two dive computers during a dive : a way to use both logs ?

Hi as some of us dive with two computer, it may sound interesting for a dive in MacDive to have "attached" the two computers logs. As each computers may record complementary information (air, temperature or other data) or at different rate (20s for a Cobra, 30s for a Zoop, up to 2s (user c...

Re: Divenav bluebuddy support ?

Hi added to the fact the Divenav just answered me that their Mac OSX version of DivePal is "delayed" with no date (was expected by December 2013), it would be interesting :) Thanks. Their devices are fine but their SW support is very poor for now and SW maturity far from tools like MacDive...

Re: Dive Computer Buddy

Hello

I just ordered my dcbuddy for my zoop. Hope support will come fast !

Bluebuddy also ordered, praying for macdive support it as divenav sw was expected months ago and still not out (and I'm very happy with macdive and would like to stay with it)
