The other workaround is to type it somewhere then just paste it in. Which is stupid, but should work. The auto complete sucks.

Yes you can manually add dives and fill in the details - File > New Dive.

You would be best to create a UDDF or MacDive XML file. You can export one from an existing dive to use as a template. The CSV file MacDive exports cannot be read back in, it isn't a good format. I think duration is there if you enable it (you can choose what to export when you do that). But, as I m...
