I used to be able to download the logs from my Oceanic Vt 4.0 on an early version of MacDive cerca 2011 with those s/w versions of Mac OSX and MacDive but can't seem to get the DC to connect with Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.6 and McDve 2.16.3. When I plug the usb cable the DC goes into the 120 second count...

Still no resolution for me but I wonder if it's something else cause I can't download from the ProPlus 2 on Windows with the Oceanic s/w either. But the same cable works fine with my VT4. Yes have it plugged right side up & Battery checks out fine. Sent an email to Oceanic but they never replied.

Just an FYI I was not sure which FTD usb driver to install x86 (32-bit) or the x64 (64-bit)
So I chose the x64 (64-bit) one

I'm having this same -5 error but only with my Pro Plus 2.0 (VT4 and Atom3 ok) The ProPlus has worked in the past on this same computer.
