thanks so much for the info.....I will see how it goes next week on the dive trip

Boy do I feel silly....it works......

I have a PC and a MAC....and am running a VT4 on each....I noticed that on the PC you can do all the settings through the program.....does macdive do the same?

funny thing is I do not see an error.....
I just can seem to see any type of connection between the two

I start the Macdive.....then plug in the USB cable......then the dive computer....go to the connection setting....and all that happens is the Dive computer times out

I am having problems with a few things......but here are the basics: - Brand new VT4 - Brand new Macbook Air - Standard interface cable supplied by Oceanic with no markings on it - downloaded MacDive and it runs from what I can see.....and navigate around it. - Downloaded the drivers from here http:...
