Problem Connecting Vyper Air

I have downloaded MacDive and I am trying to connect my Vyper Air. When I attempt to download the dives, I get the following message:

Import Error

Failed to read header information (Error Code: -5)


I have not purchased the license yet as I want to try the software (I understand this limits me to downloading five dives). I have downloaded the driver from Customidea. I am using Mac OS X Version 10.6.7 on a Macbook.

Try importing a couple of times in a row (immediately after it fails). Sometimes the initial download fails as the device hasn't "woken up" properly.

I tried that and it doesn't seem to work.

I have now purchased the license and have managed to download most dives but after a while, it stopped importing and the same error came up. I have retried several times to download the earlier dives but have had no success.
