Problem with downloading from Mares Icon HD

Hi

I tried to import three dives on the logbook of my Mares Icon HD. It worked, so I bought a license of Macdive 2.
Since then , I once was able to download my next dives, now it won't work anymore
I know you don't like to see dump there, but mine are sooooo small...

Is the device in transfer mode?

This time I select "Notify me when a reply is posted"

Of course it is in transfer mode. I can download the dives when using Parallels Desktop.

When plugged, the Icon shows "PC" on top of the screen, the USB symbol, and the battery symbol with the charge %.

In Macdive 2.1.0, File... Download dives... Mares / Icon HD / All dives / Timezone Europe Paris
When I click on [Import] the screen of the Icon HD goes black, and Macdives shows an error message :

Import error
Failed connecting to the dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbmodem01234561' (Error code: -4)

The log with the "iconhd" tool is :

When I click to close the error message, the Icon HD shows a single line on top the the screen :
"USB Connected, waiting for communication to PC"

When I try to import again (cmd-D or cmd-L), the Icon HD shows a single line on top the the screen, this time with bold caracters :
'Idle, ready for commands"

Sometimes the error message in Macdive is not the same, it shows :

Import error
Failed to read dive computer memory (Error code: -5)

In that case, the log with the "iconhd" tool is :

I am new to Icon HD (just bought it) and the same for MacDive. when try to import the tested dived in the device i get the "error code -3" any help?
