Make sure the cable is connected the right way up and securely. You may need to jiggle it around and try it a few times: some of the connectors can be tricky to get on correctly. Try a few times.

Launch the System Profiler utility, or Apple System Profiler for earlier versions of OS X. This can be accessed by going to the Finder and selecting Applications from the Go menu, then open the Utilities folder.
Select USB under Hardware in the panel to the left and then select the appropriate device from the USB Device Tree.
In the screen shot below (from OS 10.4), the device has a deviceID given by:
Vendor ID: 0x0403
Product ID: 0x6001

What do you mean couldn't find it ?
After you have installed the USB driver, do this:
1. Plug your device in, and ensure it is in transfer mode.
2. In MacDive, select File -> Download Dives and choose your model.
For (2), you may need to jiggle the connection a bit to get it connected right - they can be tricky. You don't need to use the system profiler.

Re: Atmos Ai to download To mac dive??
Typically yes.
Is the device in transfer mode?
Are you sure it is connected properly? This can be tricky on some devices. You may need to try importing a few times and adjusting the cable. Happens to me with a Geo and Atom 3 regularly. The connector has to be on just right for it to work.
