Nemo Wide - imports all logged dives every time

Hi there, great little program, can't wait for v2!
My wife and I are both using MacDive with Nemo Wides on a MacBook and Powerbook G4.
Each time we import the dives from the computers we get the full log downloaded, MacDive doesn't seem able to filter out the older dives. The checkbox in the preferences is checked.
Any ideas?
