Wisdom 2 and Mac import issues

Error: Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -5)
We also have a Wisdom 3 with no issues. Wisdom 2 was working fine in past for downloads, any suggestions?.
I am on an IMac, OS 10.13.6.

My first thought would be the cable is plugged in upside down (fits both ways, only works one). Second would be low battery. Nothing has changed on the MacDive side, so "it used to work.." generally means one of those things.

Thanks. USB connector, yes goes in both ways, only works 1. New battery, as well. Weird since the Wisdom 3 has no issue and until recently the Wisdom 2 was fine, thinking maybe the usb port on computer might be bad? Appreciate feedback, figured I would check here first then sherwood is next step.
