Zoop-Can't Download Dives?

I would appreciate any help the collective can provide:

I have the dive computer set to " PC SET." I'm using the factory connection cable. In MacDive, I select"File -> download dives." I get the following error messate:
MacDive encountered a problem downloading from your Suunto ZOOP:

Failed to read dive computer memory (Error Code: -7)Unable to download Dives
What am I doing wrong?

I do not have connectivity problems using the Suunto DM5 software.

Hi,

Do you have DM5 open at the same time? This can cause connection problems. Make sure it's not running. Do you have low battery?

After reading your post, it occurred to me that restarting the computer after turning off the DM5 might help. It did. Now my dives are downloading. Thanks for the help.
