I have just done 7 dives in Scotland, and when importing the dives to my iPhone a tank seems to be selected form my list of tanks, but randomly.

You can't set the tank size on the Perdix, so is it MacDive that is allocating the tank ? If so, how does it choose ?

The default tank is used (see File > Manage Tanks/Gases).

If one is not specified, which one is chosen is undefined.

I just thought it was odd that the tank selection seemed to be random.

Like I said, if you don’t specify a default then effectively it is.
