Dropbox sync

Hello there,

Is it normal that each time we launch Macdive (mac version) we have to authorise Dropbox connection (even if the link is seen already authorised in Dropbox parameters) ? It is not necessary to do so with Macdive app for iPhone...

No, you should only have to authorise once.

Strange... I mean after closing and reopening Macdive on the Mac...

No, I have never heard of that. Try revoking the Dropbox permissions (via Preferences > Cloud), disable syncing, and then re-enable. It will of course ask you to authenticate then, but it should not continue to do so.

If you continue to have problems afterwards please email support and we will investigate further.

Hey MacDive-Team!

My iOs-Version isn't syncing properly. I already tried to refresh the sync of my desktop version and it seems to work as far as i can tell. (The dropbox folder seems to be complete, including fotos, dives and critters.) Nevertheless, my iOs App claims that the synchronization was successful, but there's still no data to work with in the App.

Any ideas how to fix this bug?

The usual cause of this is that you have signed in to two different Dropbox accounts. Make sure they are the same.
