Installed MacDive 2.6.5 and purchased. Installed FTDI driver.

Tried downloading from my Suunto Zoop but received an error message saying no valid serial port found. Am using Suunto cable. The cable worked on my work computer when I downloaded dives with Suunto DM5. Not working on my Mac. Running El Capitan 10.11.6.

What to do???

Hi,

Install the USB driver (and then reboot).

If you have the official cable, here is the direct link:
