2.2.6 update: Enhanced Mavericks support and some new device

It's about that time. Apologies for the delay in getting this out, my day job has had me slammed the last couple of weeks.
This release should solve all of the Mavericks issues I am aware of. It also adds support for Divesystem's awesome iDive range of computers, and has enhanced Shearwater Petrel support. Any problems or questions, you know what to do!
New Features:
Added support for the Divesystem iDive DAN.
Added support for the Divesystem iDive Free.
Added support for the Divesystem iDive Pro.
Added support for the Divesystem iDive Reb.
Added support for the Divesystem iDive Tech.
Added support for the Oceanic OCi.
Improved Shearwater Petrel downloading.
Enhanced site GPS entry to support more coordinate formats.
Updated renumber dives panel to allow specifying the repetitive dive threshold (in hours).
Improved OS X 10.9 Mavericks compatibility.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed some crashes on Mavericks when encountering unexpected data.
Some minor UI issues resolved.
Fixed issue opening LVD files on OS X 10.9.
Fixed some crashes related to Mavericks.
Please note, if you are downloading from your Shearwater Petrel, the download now uses a new method. Previously it used a backwards-compatibility method that treated the Petrel just like a Predator. This worked fine, however it limited you to the last ~20 dives. The new method allows you to access all 1000 hours of dive history, and is also much faster in the typical case.
Please do not select "Predator" for downloading from a Petrel now. It will work, but the data will be incorrect.
