Error after update

Error after update

Help,

Macdive worked great until I updated to the new version and conducted restart. Now whenever I try to download dives i get "Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -7)"

I have double and triple checked the connections and there is no error on the console, it shows pc/usb connected.

This is nothing to do with the update - that's the serial port for an oceanic device, check your advanced preferences and make sure the serial port box is blank, it should auto detect the correct one.

The serial port box IS blank and i'm still having the error...

If you go into the preferences on MacDive and click scan for serial port. For the Icon HD Net Ready the port should be:
/dev/tty.usbmodem01234561
then select that port.

Then go to download dives and select your computer and hopefully it should work from there.
