Hi,

I am just back from a diving weekend and went to download my dives to the computer which I've done many times without any problem, so all the drivers have been installed but this time it came up with

import error Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-STNINXS4' (Error Code: -6)
I have a suunto D6i
It hasn't done this before. Ive tried varies thing but just cant get it to work please help

What various things have you tried? Have you read the help, specifically troubleshooting downloads?

Do you have a low battery? Have you tried preferences -> advanced -> scan for serial port to ensure that is the right one?

Thanks I managed to get it working had to remove then re install

Ok cool, although that's odd. Had you upgraded your os or moved to a new computer since you last downloaded? That can sometimes remove the driver.
