Addition of specility certifications

Currently you are only allowed to upload a few of the Padi certifications that are applicable. It would be cool to see specialty course options, such as deep diver, or enriched air nitrox diver!

You can type whatever you like, the boxes just contain commonly used ones as defaults. Feel free to type "Deep Diver" in it instead.
