Just bought the MacDive today and paid for a multiuser license. Downloaded and installed a program, then downloaded USB driver for Aeris for a 64 bit Mac OS X (mine is 10.7.2) I owe two dive computers both from Aeris. Elite T3 and Epic. Connected Elte T3 first and had no problems downloading all the dives. The tried to download dives from Epic and got the following error message:
Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -6)
Tried multiple times, rebooted the computer. Nothing worked. Please help

Is the Epic in transfer mode? Is the battery low?
