I'd like to see the Print Dive option to consistently print two pages per dive, regardless if there are notes or not. The way it is now, dives print on one or two pages depending on if there are notes or not.

As a secondary request, if I select several dives, I'd like the option to print a title page and then start to print dives. This will allow a 2-up print with dive info on left side and notes on right side on 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 paper.

I've included an option to always print notes, even if they are blank (it is under Export preferences, in the next release).
