Android Workaround

Post by ser1993 »

Hi all,

I am satesfy Mac and iOS user of MacDive. Right now I am thinking about switching to Android. Is there any possibility of an Android application or some workaround to get my dives synced with my future android phone?

It is a limit that MacDive work only with iOS.

Best Regards,

An Android app, probably not. A workaround - sure, but I don't have one to give you right now. I'm not familiar with what apps are available and what file formats they support. It's possible there is one that could read MacDive files of some sort.

Why not an Android App ? I'm not an iOS user and will be very glad with an Android version of the app. I could help in the development !

Ultimately because: time. You don't just quickly whip up an app over a couple of weeknights.
