1 ZOOP Works, the Other is Not.

I have two ZOOPS for my Fiance and I. These are brand new. My is wrist mount, her is console mount. I imported mine just fine, I plugged in the cable to hers, and I get the message
Failed to read dive computer memory (Error Code: -6)
What am I doing wrong? It is set in PC mode, and I am doing it just like I did on the other one that worked just fine....any thoughts?
