Dragging an image to the finder moves the original file

I needed to export a photo as I wanted to send it. I opened MacDive, and it was natural for me to select the image and drag it to the Desktop.
What I didn't realize, is that this action actually moved the original file out of the MacDive folder. As a result, a while icon appeared, and I lost the image forever (I trashed it as I did not realize it was moving the original).

Would it be possible to change the behavior so that dragging a file out of the photo panel will create a copy and leave the original where it is in the MacDive folder?

Yes, of course. This is terrible behaviour - thanks for the report. I'll see if I can fix it tonight.

This is fixed. It will now copy rather than move!
