There are quite a few beaming reviews for this software suite so I took a chance and spent $40 on the multi-user pack. So far I'm regretting it. The map functionality is terrible: it can't locate dive shops with supplied addresses let alone dive sites. Try searching for the USS Kittiwake Wreck off Grand Cayman and see what happens... that's right, absolutely nothing. Even the deplorable SSI app can find that one. OK, I must be asking too much, right? Let's dumb it down and ask it to find the Great Blue Hole of Belize. You guessed it. Nothing.
I have 30 dives that need to be entered manually before I can hook up my new computer and start transferring data digitally. Entering these dives has proven to be laborious with this software. The overall functionality is clunky and there are glaring oversights. Where, for example, do I enter water type and body of water??? These are unacceptable shortfalls for a dive log app. especially at this price. How do I get a refund?
