Maps (sites) don't seem to update correctly for me. On the left, you will see apple maps, it updates very quickly as I zoom around, and in the lower right, the center 3D is available to click.

On the right is the same map area on MacDive, and it never finishes updating, it's like it can't get the map data, or won't finish getting it. Also in the lower right, the 3D is greyed out, and can be clicked like it can in the left on the apple maps application.

Am I missing something?

What macOS are you running?

I've not seen this before, unfortunately. However, it's just an Apple Maps, well, Map. There's nothing special going on, all of that is handled internally by macOS/the apple map system, so there's not really anything I can debug. You could check your console to see if there's errors? That might provide a hint.

My guess would just be a network issue of some kind, though you'd expect Apple Maps itself to have problems. However, like I said, these are pretty much the same thing. The MacDive version really just adds the pins.

The only advice I can give you is to try again in a bit and see if it clears up.
