new computer

I just got a new MacBook and I am having a heck of a time syncing with my old one that has all my dive info on it. When I go to sync with iCloud it does no allow me to check "enable iCloud sync". I know I am missing something, but I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

This is not obvious (I have a note to address it) but the reason is that you have not installed your license, and this feature is restricted to only licensed versions.

So install your license, and then you will be able to enable the sync.

It's not giving me that option.

Sorry, I don't really understand what you mean. The option to sync is greyed out unless you register your license first.

I cannot find a place to register. There is a place to purchase, but that's all I can find.

The email you receive with your license contains instructions, and so does the FAQ: http://mac-dive.com/help/faq_01_04_license.php

The tl;dr is drag/drop your license on to MacDive anywhere.
