Sync Failed on iPhone

When trying to sync my iPhone (iPhone 7), I get sync failed every time. I cannot get my new certifications, dives, etc. on to the phone. Laptop version works well, but the phone is useless. All apps are the latest version. Any ideas.

I'm only guessing as you haven't mentioned what you use, but if you use Dropbox, disable and then re-enable sync and it will resolve.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Hopefully this resolves the issue and stops the app being Useless for you.

Oops, sorry. I am using cloud sync.

Well the cloud sync has two options: Dropbox, and iCloud.

So as I said, if you are using Dropbox (since you have not specified), simply disable and then re-enable, and it will fix the problem.

Sorry again, I am using iCloud. I think. Can't disable dropbox, anyway

Just trying disabling the sync in MacDive, and then re-enabling it. Does that work?

I removed the app from the phone and re-installed it. upon launching, I chose iCloud syncing, turned on syncing and it now works.
