EAN value imported incorrectly

Post by helip1lot »

Hi,
I've changed my dive computer from a Suunto D6 to a Suunto D6i and am having a problem with the import through DC Buddy. The EAN value is not correct on import (see screenshot). For the Nitrox mode the EANS are showing as 3 or 4% when they obviously aren't that. On 19 Dec both dives were air (21%) and the 4 dives on 20 Dec were 31, 32, 31 and 31% in order from start to finish. Of note is the dives on 29 Dec when the computer was used in AIR rather than NITROX mode and the EAN is correct at 21%. Before 19 Dec I was using the D6 which imported correctly.
Regards,
Mark

Hi there,

Did you try downloading these via macOS? If so, were the results correct?

Either way.. please email me your MacDive.sqlite data file. Instructions in the user guide:
http://mac-dive.com/help/mac_04_01_userdata.php

I will take a look after work today.

Nick, Thanks for the speedy reply. I haven't tried downloading with MacOS as my my cable doesn't seem to be working. I will email you the file right now.
