I'm assuming my issue is happening because I'm connected via USB-C on my Macbook. Specifically, I am trying to download from a Veo 2 and a Veo 3 and am getting error "Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -7)" I've reinstalled the drivers and rebooted a few times.

Any idea what might be causing this issue or if there is a solution?

Note: I have tried flipping the cable and there is only one serial port identified in the drop down in Advanced.

Edit: Looks like I was sold the wrong version of the cable for my watch...will revert if I still have an issue after swapping the cable.
