Re: MacDive iOS App UX thread
Ok, thanks for the replies! I did see the yellow icon on the gear and now know that's the cue for getting maintenance done.

Download issue on iPhone app
Hi Nick, today i made 4 dives using my Suunto Vyper Air computer. After the dives, i used my DC Buddy to download the new dives to the iPhone app. When doing that i ran into some issues: 1. I used "only new dives" as the import setting. However, instead of only the 4 new dives (all the oth...

Re: MacDive iOS App UX thread
Hi Jamie, thanks for explaining your considerations on that. In the meantime i have another one. This morning i received a notification in the iPhone's notificationscreen from the iPhone app that some of my equipment is almost due for maintenance. I think it would be nice if this would also lead to ...

Re: MacDive iOS App UX thread
Hi Jamie, first of all i would like to say that Nick and you did a great job building the Macdive app for iOS! I like the interface and the fact that it syncs automatically with Macdive on my Mac. I have two little things that you might consider about the UI: 1. When you enter a dive from the all di...

Viewing gear crashes app
Hi Nick, first of all, i would like to say that you really did a great job building the new iPhone app. I downloaded it, and like it very much! I found a little bug though. I installed the app on my iPhone and iPad and enabled the sync option to get all my data in the app. If i select the gear secti...

Hide divesites with 0 dives
Hi Nick, before leaving on a dive trip i normally search for all the divesites in the area i'm going to, and put them in macdive. That way they are already available to be added to a dive when i download my dive computer. Since i often do not dive at all the sites i already put in, there are a lot o...

Re: Sync CNS information between Macdive and Divelog
Hi Nick,
just noticed that the same goes for the datafield "Mix" were Macdive stores the O2 percentage of the mix used.
Could you please also add sync for this in a future update?
Cheers Twan

Sync CNS information between Macdive and Divelog
Hi Nick, when downloading dives from my Suunto Vyper Air (nitrox dives) Macdive downloads the CNS %, and puts it in a field in the database. You can find it when opening the dive inspector for that dive and look at the gasses page. In Divelog (which i have on my iPad and sync with Macdive) every div...
