Re: Adding a new Smart Divelog

What if I don't want them in alphabetical order...? At the minute I have a smart dive log for each dive holiday, so I'd rather they were in date order, or at least in an order I can specify, which at the minute I can just by dragging them around.... I don't mean the list of dive logs on the side ba...

Re: MacDive on iPad

nick wrote:Great. Just drop them in a mail to me (support@mac-dive.com).
Nick - just done so. Most things synced ok, but a couple that didn't (no biggies) but a bit of a query around the default syncing categories, so if you can have a look at that, that would be great.

Thanks

Re: Adding a new Smart Divelog

The names of the criteria you can use in the smart dive log are not in alphabetical order. They are in the next patch. I spent a significant amount of time rewriting the panel so that now they are in alphabetical order and also certain fields will provide you a unit of measurement (eg Average Depth...

Re: MacDive on iPad

Hi Oh yes, MacDive app for iPad, that would be wonderful :D The format of the iPad is absolutely perfect for an electronic Log Book. If I had the time and knowledge I would be glad to give you a hand creating such an app, but I don't either have the time or knowledge  Just so that I understan...

Re: Dive start times.

Hi Nick. Is there a way to stop MAC DIVE adjusting the times of the dives to the different time zones I am in ??? example: I dove in my local quarry in Georgia, USA at 09:52 EDT, but when i come back to Belize (We never change DST, we are on the same time as MDT at the moment, 2 hours behind EDT), ...

Re: Crash - data lost

I didn't get a crash report, as it just froze for ages, and I forced it to quit. If I'd known I'd lose my data I might have left it a wee while before I quit it! It froze when I was changing the buddy details on a group of dives. I'd selected about 20 dives, right-clicked and selected Edit Dives, th...

Crash - data lost

I've spent all evening inputting pre-computer dives and just as I've finished, Macdive crashed. When I opened up the application again, none of the dives I've entered are there anymore. I'm miffed to say the least. Any where these might have been saved in a temp file somewhere perhaps? Or am I going...

2 way iPhone syncing?

Hi guys

I've recently downloaded macdive and while it's great, what I'd also love to be able to do is use iPhone Dive log to sync both ways.

At the minute Diving Log 5 has two way syncing but it's Windows only - do you have any idea when 2 way will be available with MacDive?

Thanks!
