Re: Resync Gear Information

Hi Nick, Thanks for pointing me to the Gear Tab. As I found a computer Textbox on the General Tab I didn't look any further to assign the computer and only entered the manufacturer/name of the computer I had created. I have now assign the computers to the dives and the stats are fine. About the Dive...

Resync Gear Information

I have finally managed to convert my AquaDiveLog records to UDDF. After importing around 200 dives I had to manually create the dive computers to assign them to imported dives. The diver also had to be assigned to all the dives manually. My current computer shows the number of dives in Gear section,...

Re: UDDF/UDCF

UDDF 3.x defines a lot of additional data inside a waypoint, tankpressure is one of them.

uddf 3.1 is currently in progress and will hopefully be released soon...

btw: I'am also trying to convert my old AquaDiveLog records to UDDF 3.0 in the hope that mac-dive will support it when I'm ready ;-)

UDDF 3.0 support

Finally UDDF 3.0 was released on March 14th, you can find the Spec here: http://www.streit.cc/extern/uddf_v300/en/index.html I provided an schema file (xsd) to the project, that can be used for validation and bean generation. I also use this schema to create a converter for my AquaDiveLog Files (Aqu...

Re: MacDive 2 - Out Now

Hi Nick, I also bought the multiuser license to support your effort in making a nice diving log app for the mac...

I still don't use it as all may dives are stored in weird UDDF 1.0 from Aquadivelog (Palm), I will convert them to UDDF 3.0 when its out and wait for integration int macdive ;-)

Re: UDDF 3.0 is on the way...

@nick
there is a lot of stuff in the spec that most of the divers will never use, it covers nearly every thing around diving...

but as lots of elemnts are optional, you can concentrate on mostly used parts...

eg: <diver>, <divesite>, <gasdefinitions>, <profiledata>

Re: 2.0.1 Available Now

Is there a spec available for this format, then I can try to convert my UDDF 1.0 Logbook from AquaDiveLog to this format...
