Nick has fixed the problem - it was due to some complex issue to do with undefined gases during a CCR dive. All fixed and back to normal.

Hi Nick The import from my wife's OSTC 2n seems to have broken. The import starts ok, it finds the port and triggers the computer to start downloading, the computer finishes and resets back to the 'home' screen but the app is stuck in a loop and won't move beyond the 'beginning import' bar at the bo...

I used one for about 200-250 dives. It was easy to upload and nick managed to iron out the few issues quickly.
To dive with it was great, nice big display, 3 gas mixes.
I only switched to an OSTC 2C because of lots of dark uk diving and starting to need to plan deco dives.

just downloaded the latest dives into 2.2.4 and the last dive has a screwy profile with a spurious gas switch, mandatory stop and a massively increased run time. The dive before has imported fine?!?
Any ideas?

Just downloaded the OSTC3, only one proper dive the time/date/maxdepth are ok but the duration and profile are out.
do you want my .sql file along with the dive info?
