Re: Junk Data - how to hide

It will stop downloading when it finds an existing dive. If you delete the latest and then download again, yes, it will bring it back. But once you do a NEW dive, it won't go back any further than that, so this should just pop back in once unnecessarily. So the simple fix would be to just stop tryin...

Re: Can’t import from new Eon Core

Glad you got it working! Note that once you connect in MacDive it will remember the specific device, so when you tap to import from that one again it won't look for others. Should be a bit easier on subsequent downloads. The pairing is definitely a little quirky, and annoying if you want to go betwe...

Re: Can’t import from new Eon Core

Just try quitting/restarting, and then downloading again. Sometimes after pairing it won't immediately download on iOS (fine on macOS though, haven't quite gotten to the bottom of that).

Re: Mac Catalina and Suunto D4i problems

It's not a driver issue, it's most likely a hardware issue on your end. Check SDM is not running at the same time, check you do not have a low battery, wet contacts, etc. Check the help under Troubleshooting Downloads for a bunch of other things (avoid using a USB hub, try a different USB port, etc).
